Dr. Chance Bianconi

Born and raised in Ocean Springs, MS, Chance has always had a passion for movement and performance. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Pre-Physical Therapy from South College in 2022 and went on to complete his Doctorate of Physical Therapy there in 2025. Since entering the field, Chance has been dedicated to delivering a dynamic, high-quality healthcare experience for active individuals and athletes of every level.

Today, Chance serves as the lead physical therapist at the Kru Performance and PT Deerfield location, where he brings energy, expertise, and a results-driven mindset to every session. His experience spans a wide range of clients—from those taking their first steps toward fitness to seasoned CrossFit competitors, marathoners, and triathletes. No matter the starting point, Chance builds tailored treatment plans designed to unlock each person’s full potential.

By blending evidence-based rehabilitation with cutting-edge performance training, Chance empowers patients to understand their bodies, move with confidence, and return to the activities they love—stronger, faster, and more resilient than before. Whether the goal is recovering from injury, refining movement mechanics, or elevating athletic performance, Chance is all-in on helping every client achieve meaningful, lasting progress.

Outside the clinic, Chance channels that same drive into his own training—preparing for marathons and triathlons and hitting his local CrossFit gym. He also loves getting outdoors for kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding, and swimming with his fiancée, Hollie, and his dog, Ghost. Chance thrives in a community that celebrates movement, wellness, and the pursuit of a long, healthy life.
